Replacement for SOL-C12L and SOL-C24L PCB Boards

On the rare occasion where there is an electrical fault within our range, we keep a supply of PCBs in stock to help prolong the life of your unit.

This PCB board is cross compatible with IRR-PCB-L and can be used interchangeably if we are out of stock.

IRR-PCB-LS will be the default PCB board moving forward once stock of IRR-PCB-L runs out.

Follow these instructions to replace the board:-

Turn the control unit over and remove the 5 screws from the rear lid

Open case lid and place to one side

Grab PCB and slide vertically up

Remove the following wires from the PCB: Pump, Water Sensor, Moisture Sensor (if you have one connected), Solar Panel and Battery Pack, dispose of the faulty PCB

Take the new PCB and attach the wires into the correct locations. See the image on this page for a key to wire locations.

Take the now connected PCB, and with the cut corner facing down and away from you, and with the LCD and switch on the left hand side, slowly lower down into the plastic guides for the PCB.

Make sure that all your wires are still connected

Screw shut
